Pacific Group Resorts Acquires Controlling Interest in Powderhorn Mountain Resort, Colorado
PARK CITY, UTAH – Park City-based Pacific Group Resorts, through its subsidiary
Powderhorn Pacific, LLC, which has operated the resort for the past six years, has acquired
majority interest in Powderhorn Mountain Resort just east of Grand Junction, Colorado. The
Denver-based Gart family will continue to be minority partners in the resort and any future real
estate development.
Reflecting on PGRI’s purchase of controlling interest in Powderhorn Mountain Resort, Mark
